What using Nicegram Business commits each side to

Written so that nothing in the agreement is a surprise when you read it.

A plain-language summary of the arrangement. The signed agreement is the contract, and where this page and that agreement disagree, the agreement governs.

What the service is

A layer that lets an organization own Telegram accounts, delegate them to people or to agents, collect the conversations those accounts take part in, and take access back. Nicegram operates that layer. Telegram is a separate service run by somebody else, and nothing here is endorsed by or affiliated with it.

What you are responsible for

Having the right to connect the accounts you connect. Obtaining and recording consent from the people whose accounts are managed, which the product requires before an account is connected. Telling the people you talk to what you are doing where the law requires it. Using the service inside Telegram's own terms.

What we are responsible for

Running the service as described, holding sessions on the backend rather than handing them out, isolating your data from every other organization, warning your owners when collection is at risk, and giving you your data back or deleting it when you ask.

What we do not promise

That an account cannot be recovered by whoever holds its phone number. Revocation in the current release is neither immediate nor absolute. Telegram may limit or block an account for reasons outside our control. The durable guarantee is the archive and the contacts surviving an offboarding, and it is deliberately narrower than what a competitor would claim.

What is not allowed

Mass unsolicited messaging, bulk account creation, reselling accounts bought through this service, impersonation, and any use aimed at bypassing Telegram's rules. We suspend for these, and we would rather say so on a public page than in a clause nobody reads.

Money

Priced per managed account, never per seat. The price is quoted in the walkthrough, and the number quoted is the number in the agreement. There is no self-serve checkout.

Ending it

Either side can end the arrangement. On the last day sessions end, and the archive is exported to you or deleted rather than retained. Nothing is kept on the chance you return.

Changes

Material changes to the service or to these terms are notified rather than quietly published. A change to the subprocessor list requires notice under the agreement.
