Elsewhere, the person owns the account
Other tools help with the chats. The account stays with the person.
Compare the capabilities
| What it is | What it solves | What it leaves where it was |
|---|---|---|
| Telegram Business | Hours, greetings and quick replies inside the app | Who owns the account, and the record of who held it |
| Session marketplaces | Scale: many accounts, quickly | Ownership, handover, consent and any record of what happened |
| Telegram CRM add-ons | A tracker bolted onto the chats | The account itself, still on somebody's phone |
| General CRMs | The deal, once somebody types it in | The conversation the deal actually happened in |
| Inbox aggregators | One place to read from | Who holds the account when the person reading leaves |
| Self-hosted Telegram MCP servers | An agent reading one person's Telegram | A session on that person's machine, with no grant to revoke and no audit log |
| Nicegram Business | The account as a company asset: grant it, take it back, keep the record, with agents that read only what you allow | Who controls the phone number: Telegram decides that, not us |
What we refuse to build
These are decisions, not unfinished work.
- No automated appraisal of a person. The agent refuses, and says why.
- No enrichment of counterparties from outside sources.
- No promise that an account cannot be recovered by whoever holds its number.
- No retention tiers: thirty days for every organization.
