The same team builds both. The app's plans and features are not this product's, and the reverse holds too.
Why we built it
Companies run their work through Telegram. We built the company layer behind it.
Why?
Sales, support, partnerships and communities run through Telegram. After years building the Nicegram client, we built a layer for the accounts, access and conversations behind that work.
What we are careful about
It manages accounts, never people. Each person sees what is held and consents first.
Why?
The product holds conversations, so it is built to be legible about what it holds. Every managed employee gets a transparency screen showing what is collected about them, and consent is a gate before an account connects, not a step.
How we work with customers
A conversation, a signed agreement and recorded consent, then the first account.
Why?
The data processing agreement and the consent of the people whose accounts are connected come before anything is connected. We would rather say that here than halfway through onboarding.
